Travis Knight joined ѿTV in 2013 with a background in civil engineering, construction estimating, multi-family housing development, and construction management. He has completed a wide range of projects with including higher education, historic refurbishment, wet/dry labs, hospitality, retail, seismic, high-rise conversions, adaptive re-use, multi-family, utility, infrastructure, and ground-up vertical projects. He has been part of several award-winning projects including 100 Van Ness, Stanford Sapp Center for Science Teaching & Learning, 400 California, 350 California, and UCSF Clinical Sciences Building. His experience contains several types of project delivery systems including design-build, lump sum, GMP, and design-assist. Travis brings a wealth of knowledge in existing building systems, green building, constructability, construction costs, and working in dense urban environments. He enjoys the complicated conversion and adaptive re-use of existing buildings, relying on creative methods to make the project feasible and keeping them within budget.

 

Travis graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. His primary focus at ѿTV is expanding the Los Angeles/SoCal region.
